Voi Unit  July   13, 2017 The stockade dependant orphan elephants had some wonderful games at the stockade compound after the milk and supplement feeding. The orphans engaged each other in hide and seek chasing games, kicking up a great cloud of dust into the air. Kihari and Naipoki became engaged in a strength testing game while Ndii sat on the ground watching the rest of the orphans and Tundani enjoyed a scratching session against a rock.

Mbirikani and Mudanda trumpeted loudly to notify the rest of the group that it was time to head back to the browsing fields where they fed until it was time for the mudbath where they arrived in groups of five and had their midday milk bottle. None of the orphans entered the water as it was a rather cold day.
