Ever since the rain the wild elephants have been absent from the stockade compound. Only Mgeni who is part of Yatta’s group showed up with Wendi and some of the ex orphans to join the Juniors at their noon mudbath, and accompany them afterwards to the slopes of Ithumba hill where they browsed until the evening.
