    On Wednesday 28th May 2014 a newborn baby antelope was brought into the Nairobi Nursery for care having been discovered scared and alone following people desperately along a nearby tarmac road. (read more)

  1. Treating a Tsavo Bull - 5/30/2014

    While on a routine patrol over Tsavo on the afternoon of May 7th 2014 one of the DSWT’s pilots spotted a large bull elephant, which was standing in a clearing. (read more)

  1. The Amboseli Mobile Veterinary Unit Swings into Action - 5/29/2014

    Launched during the first week of May 2014 the Amboseli Mobile Veterinary Unit is now one of four full-time veterinary units funded and operated by the DSWT in partnership with the Kenya Wildlife Service. (read more)

  1. Another Day, Another Rescue - 5/28/2014

    On the 27th May 2014, the DSWT Pilot, Nick Trent, located a baby bull elephant that had been sighted the day before wandering alone near a borehole on Lualenyi Ranch. (read more)
