  1. Profiling a Keeper - 5/12/2014

    In recent years we have seen a significant increase in orphaned elephants coming into our care.  This is due to both an escalation in poaching throughout the country and because of community sensitization; with many orphaned calf’s now rescued when in the past they would be killed or left to die.   1. A report from the DSWT's Sky Vet program - 5/6/2014

    The months of February to April 2014 saw the DSWT/KWS Sky Vet program deployed to seven cases, within the Tsavo Conservation Area, the Masai Mara, the Shimba Hills and Lamu District. (read more)
