  1. The Rescue of Orwa - 11/29/2011

    On the 29th of November we got a phone call from the Senior Warden of South Turkana Game Reserve about an elephant orphan found in the Orwa area near the Reserve boundary. (read more)

  1. Mara Veterinary Unit - Mara Giraffe Treatment - 11/27/2011

    Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the best game viewing areas in the world. (read more)

    This tiny newborn male calf was orphaned during the morning of 20th November, 2011, apparently left by his mother when she and her herd were chased out of an area of human settlement near the Ruiri outpost in the lower Imenti Forest. (read more)
