  1. Some different rescues - 2/24/2006

    On the 24th February The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trustís Mobile Veterinary Unit while coming back from treating a young elephant calf with spear wounds in Amboseli, carried with them a one-month-old zebra foal whose mother was snatched away by lions at Amboseli Serena lodge. (read more)

  1. Orok's rescue - 2/9/2006

    On the 7th February 2006, the Nairobi Nursery received an l8 month old orphaned baby bull, again from Amboseli, whose mother was found dead having suffered from an illness, presumably drought related. (read more)

  1. Rescue of Sidai - 2/2/2006

    The Ol Pejeta Conservancy, situated near the town of Nanyuki at the foothills of Mount Kenya is l00,000 acres in extent, managed now by the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. (read more)
