Information about Delivery, Taxes and Returns
Dispatch time:
We aim to dispatch watercolour within 5 working days of an order being placed, however, it can take longer, especially during the busy holiday period.
International Delivery
All original watercolours are dispatched from the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya using a courier service. Estimated delivery is 5 - 10 working days after your order is dispatched.
If your item has not arrived within the time periods stated above, please contact us in Kenya.
All orders of watercolours are dispatched from Kenya. Orders for delivery outside of Kenya may be subject to customs charges before delivery can be made. Please check with your local customs office, prior to placing an order, to see if you may be responsible for import taxes and clearance fees. Charges are country dependent and where these exist they are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will accept the return of products only if they are unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 28 calendar days of your receipt of the products. Return of products outside this period may not be accepted by us. If products are returned within 28 days of your receipt we will offer a full refund or exchange at the price you paid for the item minus the delivery cost. If products are not returned in an acceptable condition it will be at our discretion whether we refund or exchange the product in question.
We will be happy to refund the original delivery charge in either of the following reasons apply:
(1) The products delivered to you are different to those ordered by you (this refers to products on your confirmation email); and/or
(2) The products delivered to you are damaged on arrival or faulty.
Please contact us within the return period if you wish to discuss returning a watercolour. Any Return postage will not be paid/covered by the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.
We reserve the right not to refund an order if goods are not returned in a fully resalable condition.
Refunds
Where a refund has been agreed, as per our returns policy, it will be processed within 10 working days of the returned item being received at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust office. Refunds will be paid directly to the card or PayPal account used to place the original order.
