US Privacy Policy: Our Commitment to Donors
Privacy is a very serious matter for The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust USA. In order to process your transaction, certain contact information such as name, address, email and method of payment are collected. We will not sell, share or trade our donors' names or personal information with any outside entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.
This policy applies to all information received by DSWT USA both online and offline, on any Platform ("Platform", includes DSWT social media sites, fundraising sites and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

contributions of $25 or more will be acknowledged in
writing.
Note: US supporters are not able to claim charitable income tax deductions for contributions made directly to The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya or the UK, including donations through the DSWT’s online fostering programme. US donors wishing to obtain an income tax deduction for gifts in support of the DSWT’s mission can consider a gift to The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust USA, Inc., an independent US based 501(c)(3).
