The Mt Kenya ecosystem experienced dry conditions in June with sporadic rainfall resulting in loss of vegetation and water sources
During June 2026 the Mount Kenya Mobile Veterinary Unit attended to 15 cases mainly comprising of clinical interventions, translocations, assessments and animal capture.
