The conservation area received less precipitation compared to past months. A few water pans are full, and the vegetation is quickly drying up though some few areas still have lush vegetation.
Both grazers and browsers have enough food and are in good body condition. The Unit attended to 20 cases, with a marked decrease in poaching cases with the majority of cases attended to being natural in nature or postmortems deemed to be due to natural causes. There was also 1 human-wildlife conflict case, a rescue and 2 collarings.
